Condor invites you to embark on a thrilling career as part of Germany’s favorite holiday airline, renowned for exceptional customer comfort. You will train with the cutting-edge Airbus A330neo and from 2024, a new fleet of A32Xneo will enhance your flying experience.

Condor Ab Initio Program – CAP (m/f/d)

Your training experience includes:

Obtaining the professional pilot license MPL (A) along with an A320 type rating
Training at the esteemed TFC Flight Training in Essen
Courses commence in April 2025 and last approximately 24 months
No prior aviation experience is required

Eligibility:

Requires a secondary or technical school diploma
Proficiency in German and English is a must
German residency and work permit, as well as an unrestricted passport
Height between 1.65m to 1.98m
Visual correction within /- 3 diopters
Pass the Condor selection process in collaboration with Interpersonal GmbH
Be prepared to contribute to training costs upon successful selection
