Become a Synthetic Flight Instructor at Air France, where you will leverage your piloting expertise to deliver training and courses in simulated flight. Your role aims to assist in achieving Type Rating (QT) or Multi Crew Course (MCC) qualifications for both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
Lead training sessions for pilots and instructors using different simulation tools. Conduct courses and conferences prepping for reactor piloting, MCC, pre-QT, QT, and instructor training.
Qualifications
Holder or former holder of a CPL, MPL, or ATPL license
Minimum of 1500 flight hours on multi-pilot aircraft
Experience as an SFI or TRI, especially on A220, A320, A350-A330 aircraft
Proficient in English (B1 level or TOEIC 550)
Additional skills include excellent communication and leadership abilities, and computer literacy is advantageous.
The position involves non-standard hours related to pilot training, based at Roissy CDG.
