Job Details

Lauda Europe, a subsidiary of the Ryanair Group, is currently looking for First Officers for the A320.

Potential bases include Vienna, Zadar, and Zagreb. The role offers a base salary from the start of training and a one-time accommodation allowance.

Candidates with A330 or A340 experience must complete an Airbus CCQ course.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to live and work in the EU without restrictions.
  • Age below 65 years.
  • Must possess an EASA Part FCL license (UK licenses are acceptable for application).
  • Should have a valid EU (Part-MED) medical certificate.
  • A minimum of 1,200 hours total flight time.
  • At least 1,000 hours on CS25 Aircraft.
  • Minimum of 800 hours on the A320 Family / A330 / A340 or a combination thereof.
  • The A320/ A330 / A340 type rating must be listed on the license.
  • The application should be submitted within 36 months of your last A320/A330/A340 “Valid Until” date, which should not exceed 3 years ago.
  • Must have flown the A320/A330/A340 in the past 36 months before training commences.
  • English proficiency at Operational Level (Level 4) is a must, including written proficiency.
  • Must meet all other regulatory requirements, including passing a background check.

Selection Process

If shortlisted, you will be invited to an online assessment under new EASA regulations (CAT.GEN.MPA.175).

  • Phase 1: An online assessment conducted with a €60 fee via AON.
  • Phase 2: A detailed psychological assessment included in the Simulator assessment/interview.

Only candidates who meet the minimum standards in Phase 1 will proceed to Phase 2.
