Es findet an zwei verschiedenen Orten statt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal in Hamburg<\/li>\n<li>SWISS-Auswahlverfahren f\u00fcr Flugpersonal in Z\u00fcrich<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Auswahlverfahren dauert einen Tag. Neben psychologischen Tests (Gruppenspiel, Gespr\u00e4ch) werden psychomotorische Tests durchgef\u00fchrt, um insbesondere die Multitasking-F\u00e4higkeit und die Flugtauglichkeit im Cockpit zu beurteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Interessante Info: Die psychologischen Ergebnisse des DLR-Tests (Phase 1 des EFA-Auswahlverfahrens) werden nicht an das Interpersonal \/ SWISS Flight Crew Assessment Center weitergeleitet, weshalb im Rahmen des LHG-Auswahlverfahrens ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Pers\u00f6nlichkeitstest durchgef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Psychomotorische Tests:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Psychomotorische Tests bei Interpersonal in Hamburg:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/easyflighttraining.com\/de\/produkt\/mozard-test\/\">MOZARD-Test<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/easyflighttraining.com\/de\/produkt\/multitasking-color-tank-test\/\">Multitasking-Farbtank-Test<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Psychomotorische Tests im SWISS Auswahlverfahren f\u00fcr Flugcrews in Z\u00fcrich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/easyflighttraining.com\/de\/produkt\/apparatus-test-gubsomat\/\">Apparatetest (Gubsomat)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Unterschied zu Interpersonal IP-CQ:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im Gegensatz zur LHG-Untersuchung umfasst der Interpersonal IP-CQ keine psychomotorischen Tests, sondern konzentriert sich ausschlie\u00dflich auf das psychologische Auswahlverfahren.
