Emirates’ ready-entry pilot selection process begins with a Stage 1 online assessment, designed to help identify candidates who meet the airline’s recruitment requirements. Candidates should expect a structured early screening step and prepare to communicate their experience, judgement and motivation clearly in subsequent selection interactions. Easyflight Training offers 1-hour and 2-hour pilot interview training in English or German. Sessions cover typical airline and behavioural questions, realistic mock-interview practice and immediate feedback; the 2-hour option also covers technical aircraft questions and broader recruitment insights.
