SAS Ready Entry Assessment – Level 1

SAS Ready Entry Level 1 follows the eligibility review and may include a prerecorded video interview, personality and cognitive/quantitative assessments. Easyflight Training supports focused practice for the cognitive screening stage.

SAS Ready Entry Assessment – Level 2

Stage 2 of SAS Scandinavian Airlines’ Ready Entry pilot selection is an online interview with the recruitment team. Candidates discuss their experience, motivation and expectations after passing the initial screening.

SAS Ready Entry Assessment – Level 3

Stage 3 of SAS Scandinavian Airlines’ Ready Entry pilot selection is an on-site day in Copenhagen, combining a team introduction, a timed group exercise, a PF/PM fixed-base A320 simulator assessment and personal interview.
