Airline Assessment
SAS Ready Entry Assessment – Level 1
Stage 1 of SAS Scandinavian Airlines’ Ready Entry pilot process follows a review of licences, flight experience and documentation for basic eligibility. Invited candidates complete online initial screening, which can include a short prerecorded video interview, a personality assessment and a cognitive/quantitative assessment. Easyflight Training’s Level 1 bundle concentrates on the cognitive element with AON/Cut-E-style practice in spatial orientation, monitoring, multitasking, deductive reasoning, reaction and RBI, plus English and maths/logical reasoning. Working Memory (gridChallenge) is not yet included.
Stage 1 of 3
Online Stage 1 screening for SAS Ready Entry pilots follows eligibility checks and may include a prerecorded video interview, personality assessment, and cognitive/quantitative tests. Easyflight Training focuses on cognitive-test preparation.
Stage 2 of 3
SAS Ready Entry Assessment – Level 2 is an online interview for pilots who pass initial screening. SAS recruitment discusses your experience, motivation and expectations before deciding on progress to the on-site assessment day in Copenhagen.
Stage 3 of 3
SAS Ready Entry Assessment – Level 3 is the final on-site selection day in Copenhagen. It combines a team introduction, timed group exercise, A320 fixed-base simulator assessment and a personal interview with HR and pilots.
