Airline Assessment
SAS Ready Entry Assessment – Level 3
Level 3 is on site in Copenhagen, starting at 08:30 local time. HR and pilot assessors give a 30-minute welcome to the team, process and company. Coffee, tea, biscuits, fruit; lunch at 11:30. In the group exercise, solve an Einstein riddle, record the result on a whiteboard, and manage the roughly 10-minute limit; consider offering to keep time. If close, request five more minutes. The two-hour PF/PM simulator assessment uses a fixed-base A320, so read SAS’s advance material carefully. A pilot and HR assessor conduct a 60–90-minute interview on motivation, SAS, career, life and technical subjects. Detailed prep is sent ahead. Stage 1 of 3
SAS Ready Entry Level 1 follows the eligibility review and may include a prerecorded video interview, personality and cognitive/quantitative assessments. Easyflight Training supports focused practice for the cognitive screening stage.
Stage 2 of 3
Stage 2 of SAS Scandinavian Airlines’ Ready Entry pilot selection is an online interview with the recruitment team. Candidates discuss their experience, motivation and expectations after passing the initial screening.
Stage 3 of 3
Stage 3 of SAS Scandinavian Airlines’ Ready Entry pilot selection is an on-site day in Copenhagen, combining a team introduction, a timed group exercise, a PF/PM fixed-base A320 simulator assessment and personal interview.
