SAS Ready Entry Assessment – Level 3

Prepare for SAS Ready Entry – Level 3 in Copenhagen: welcome brief, Einstein riddle group exercise, 2‑hour fixed‑base A320 sim (PF/PM), and 60–90 min interview. Starts 08:30. Receive prep materials in advance and arrive confident.

Group exercise: Einstein riddle (~10 min); write solution on whiteboard; ask +5 min if close; assign timekeeper. Lunch 11:30 in cafeteria. Simulator: 2 h fixed‑base A320, PF/PM; study SAS instructions sent in advance; sim prep recommended. Interview: 60–90 min with pilot + HR; they review CV, letter and online results (incl. personality test); expect technical, “why SAS”, career/life; often good‑cop/bad‑cop.
