SAS Ready Entry-Auswahlverfahren – Stufe 1

SAS Ready Entry – Level 1 is SAS’s initial pilot screening. Selected applicants complete a short prerecorded video interview, a personality assessment, and cognitive/quantitative AON/Cut‑E tests gauging logic, attention, speed, and multitasking.

Easyflight’s SAS Level 1 prep mirrored the real tasks and boosted my speed and accuracy. I felt confident and passed the initial screening.

Stage 1 of SAS Ready Entry focuses on initial screening. After SAS reviews licenses, flight time and documents for basic eligibility, selected candidates complete three online elements: a short prerecorded video interview, a personality questionnaire, and cognitive/quantitative AON/Cut‑E tests. These tasks gauge logic, attention, spatial orientation, monitoring and multitasking under time pressure. Easyflight Training offers targeted prep: gapChallenge (deductive reasoning), Reaction Test, Monitoring Ability, RBI Spatial Orientation, Multitasking, Tube Flight, plus English and math modules. Note: gridChallenge (working memory) to follow.
