Interpersonal conducts pilot selection for Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, EFA, Eurowings, FFL and Lufthansa City Airlines, combining IP-BQ aptitude testing with IP-CQ psychological assessment for selected processes.

Interpersonal supports airline and flight-school pilot selection, including processes for Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, European Flight Academy (EFA), Eurowings, FFL Fachschule für Luftfahrzeugführer and Lufthansa City Airlines. The IP-BQ Basic Qualification assesses cognitive and operationally relevant abilities through computer-based tasks, which can cover mathematics, logic, spatial reasoning, concentration, memory, English, technical knowledge and multitasking. Depending on the inviting organisation and process, the subsequent IP-CQ Corporate Qualification focuses on psychological evaluation, including interview, group exercises, discussion and reflection. Formats vary by airline and applicant pathway.
