Statistics and Learning Profile
Will I lose my app statistics at the end of the product access?
No. Your statistics and learning progress in the app will remain as long as your account is active. It’s not bound to an active product. This will help you if you want to continue practicing later. However, you can only view these with an active product. Contact us for early deletion.
How to reset my statistics?
Reset your statistics within the application, navigating to the product and hit “reset statistics” at the bottom.

How to create an account?
You can create an account either during checkout or at the login page. Use the account for both the shop and the app.

Why do I need an account?
We offer various products like personal training (on-site) and personalized, digital content. For accessing digital content securely, an individual account is mandatory. Guest checkout is, therefore, not possible.
How to delete my account?
Submit a request to delete your account. Please confirm that any currently active products can be terminated early without a refund.

How to get help for specific products or product contents?
We have compiled comprehensive information on the product’s page. Additional information on training guidance will (usually and depending on the product) be provided after purchase within our app. Please share product related feedback directly from within the app.
How to access digital content?
Unless otherwise described, you receive the content via our app.
When to get access to my digital content?
As soon as your payment is verified, you will be granted access. Usually, payments are verified within a few seconds. In rare cases, it may take a few minutes for the payment to go through. If you have any questions, please contact us; do not place a second order. Please carefully review your email inbox for possible further information.
Which languages are available?
The app interface is currently available only in English. However, most of the learning content is available in multiple languages (e.g., German and English). Please check the respective product descriptions in the store for the available languages.
Payment & Product Access
Do my products renew automatically?
No. We are very transparent and fair in this respect, which our customers appreciate: You buy an access length term (for example 3 months) and pay for it once. After the specified term, access to the products expires. There are no recurring costs (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
What happens if I buy a product twice?
We prevent you from adding the same product multiple times to your cart (in most cases). However, if the terms offered are not long enough for you, you can buy the product more than once. This will result in a correspondingly longer term if you buy the exact same term again. Is there something wrong with your purchase or do you have any further questions? Then contact us!
How to access my invoice?
Download your invoice from our app. Additionally, you should have received a link to your invoice by email after your order is completed.
Which payment methods are supported?
We support major payment options, such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal. Please have a look at the checkout process as payment methods might change without notice.
How long does it take to verify my payment?
With automated payments through PayPal it should be a matter of seconds. If your product access is not available, check whether your payment was successful. You can do this in your PayPal account, for example. A payment may be delayed due to checks at PayPal or because your account balance is too low. Your product access will start as soon as the payment has been completed. Please get in touch with us if you think that something went wrong.
Can I purchase or extend a product access for a custom period of time?
No. We do only offer access lengths that are visible at the product’s page. We do not offer upgrades from 1 to 2 month, for example. If you require a learning period of two month, please choose an access length of 3 month. A preparation period of 3 months has proven effective.
How long is 1 month of access length?
Example: If you purchase a product with a one-month term on July 12 at 2:00 p.m., it remains valid until August 12 at 2:00 p.m. We do not count the days; instead, we always calculate the term as ending on the same date 1, 3, or 6 months in the future.
