Cadet Pilot Selection Process
IP-BQ (Ab-Initio) for Condor Ab-Initio Program (CAP)
Condor CAP uses the IP-BQ Ab-Initio at Interpersonal in Hamburg as stage 1 of its ab-initio pilot selection. Applicants complete computer-based aptitude tasks; an above-average result and strong application documents matter for progression.
Application Process
For Condor CAP, application documents remain important throughout the process. After the IP-BQ, only candidates with an above-average result and suitable documents may be invited to the subsequent IP-CQ stage. Easyflight Training’s application-preparation support can help candidates present their documents professionally. No standard waiting time is publicly specified.
Selection Process
The known CAP aptitude stage is the IP-BQ, conducted by Interpersonal in Hamburg. A successful result alone is not an automatic progression: Condor considers above-average IP-BQ performance together with the application documents before inviting candidates to IP-CQ. Relevant preparation areas include mathematics, logic, memory, concentration, spatial reasoning and multitasking.
