IP-BQ (Ab-Initio) for Condor Ab-Initio Program (CAP)
IP-BQ Ab-Initio is stage one of the ab-initio selection process used by Condor CAP and FFL Fachschule für Luftfahrzeugführer. It is held on site at Interpersonal in Hamburg and covers mathematics, English, logical and spatial reasoning, memory, concentration, multitasking, psychomotor skills, and physics/technical comprehension. Easyflight Training’s IP-BQ Ab-Initio bundle offers interactive CBT-style practice across these areas. Passing IP-BQ does not automatically lead to an IP-CQ invitation: Condor requires an above-average IP-BQ result and considers all application documents. Stage 1 of 2
Condor CAP begins with the on-site IP-BQ Ab-Initio at Interpersonal in Hamburg. This first-stage assessment examines core aptitude areas; a successful result alone does not guarantee an invitation to IP-CQ.
Stage 2 of 2
IP-CQ Corporate Qualification is stage two of the ab-initio pilot selection process. It focuses on psychological evaluation and is usually held at Interpersonal in Hamburg for programmes such as Condor CAP, although the venue may change.
