Airline Assessment
IP-CQ: Corporate Qualification (Cadet Pilot)
IP-CQ (Corporate Qualification) is the second stage of the ab-initio selection process, following IP-BQ. For Condor cadet applicants, participation is normally arranged through the inviting airline. The Corporate Qualification consists of psychological evaluation elements, with preparation addressing the interview, group exercise, discussion and reflection. It is usually conducted at Interpersonal in Hamburg, Germany; however, the location and schedule may change, so candidates should rely on their individual invitation for the confirmed arrangements.
IP-BQ Ab-Initio is stage 1 of the Condor CAP pilot-selection process, held on site at Interpersonal in Hamburg. It evaluates key aptitude skills; above-average performance and complete application documents matter for progression.
IP-CQ Corporate Qualification is stage two of the ab-initio pilot selection process used by Condor. It assesses psychological and interpersonal performance and is usually held at Interpersonal in Hamburg, although the venue may change.
