Emirates Airline Assessment is used by Emirates as Stage 1 in the Ready Entry pilot selection. Conducted online, it typically combines timed cognitive aptitude tests (e.g., numerical, verbal and spatial reasoning, multitasking), aviation English and basic technical knowledge checks, a personality/situational judgement questionnaire and, in many cases, a brief one-way digital interview.
