Iberia Ready Entry – Stage 2

Iberia uses Ready Entry – Stage 2 as an online selection stage for pilot candidates. Candidates complete Cut-E / AON aptitude tests online and join an online call focused on English-language skills. Relevant Easyflight Training preparation includes Tube Flight for complex control, RBI for spatial orientation, English – Grammar, Language and Tenses, and the Personality Test for Pilots. These products can help build familiarity, accuracy, pace and confidence, but cannot reproduce or guarantee assessment outcomes. Candidates should always follow the current instructions in their Iberia invitation.
