IP-CQ: Corporate Qualification (Ready Entry)
IP-CQ (Corporate Qualification) is the second stage of the ready-entry pilot selection process and consists of psychological evaluations. Candidates may encounter an interview, group exercise or game, discussion, and reflection tasks designed to assess communication, self-presentation, collaboration, and professional behaviour. It is usually conducted at Interpersonal in Hamburg, Germany, but the location can change. Airlines using this assessment include Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, Eurowings, and Lufthansa City Airlines. Preparation can combine structured psychological coaching, self-reflection, personality-test feedback, and community-based assessment guidance.

The IP-BQ is stage 1 of the Ready Entry pilot selection process. Usually held at Interpersonal in Hamburg, it assesses aptitude and knowledge areas for candidates applying to Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, Eurowings and Lufthansa City Airlines.

IP-CQ Corporate Qualification is stage 2 of the ready-entry pilot selection process. It focuses on psychological evaluation and is usually held at Interpersonal in Hamburg, although the venue may change. It is used by several airline employers.
