Airline Assessment
IP-BQ: Basic Qualification for Ready Entry
The IP-BQ (Basic Qualification) is the first stage of the Ready Entry pilot selection process. It is usually conducted on site at Interpersonal in Hamburg, although the venue can change; candidates should rely on their invitation for the confirmed location and schedule. The screening uses computer-based aptitude and knowledge tasks that may cover mental arithmetic, logical and spatial reasoning, memory, attention, multitasking, physics, technical comprehension and English. It is used by Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, Eurowings and Lufthansa City Airlines. Easyflight Training’s IP-BQ bundle and focused CBT modules support structured preparation.
