IP-BQ: Basic Qualification ist die erste Stufe des Ready Entry-Auswahlverfahrens, das von Interpersonal durchgeführt wird – meist in Hamburg. Dabei werden mathematische, logische und räumliche Fähigkeiten sowie Gedächtnisleistung, Englischkenntnisse und technische Grundkenntnisse für Fluggesellschaften wie Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover, Eurowings und LCA geprüft.

IP-BQ: Basic Qualification for Ready Entry is the first selection stage at Interpersonal, usually held on-site in Hamburg, though locations may change. It tests core CBT skills: mental arithmetic, numerical/logical reasoning, spatial rotation and 3D visualization, visual perception and memory, multitasking, English, and basic physics/technical insight. Easyflight Training provides realistic prep with modules such as Sequential Mental Arithmetic, Time Calculation Trainer, Number Sequences, Pair of Scales, Rotating Objects/Cube, 3D Shapes, Symbol-Number and Aircraft Pattern memory, Bourdon 83, Color Tank and MOZARD. Airlines include Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover, Eurowings and Lufthansa City Airlines.
