IP-BQ: Basic Qualification for Ready Entry is Interpersonal’s stage‑1 screening for pilots, used by Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, Eurowings and Lufthansa City Airlines. It covers CBT-based logic, math, spatial, memory, English and physics.

Interpersonal’s IP-BQ: Basic Qualification for Ready Entry is the first screening stage in many airline hiring flows. Usually held on-site at Interpersonal in Hamburg, the venue can change depending on the campaign. Candidates face CBT-style tasks under time pressure across key domains: mental arithmetic and time calculation, number sequences and logic/diagrammatic series; spatial skills including rotating objects and 3D shapes; perception and memory such as symbol–number recall and Bourdon (83); English, physics and technical comprehension. Results determine who proceeds to the next selection step for Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, Eurowings and Lufthansa City Airlines.

IP-CQ: Corporate Qualification (Ready Entry)

Stage 2 of Ready Entry selection, IP-CQ is a purely psychological day: interview, group task, discussion and self-reflection. Usually held at Interpersonal in Hamburg, but venues can change. Used by Condor, DHL/EAT and Discover Airlines.
