IP-BQ: Basic Qualification für Ready Entry ist die Stufe-1-Auswahlprüfung für Piloten von Interpersonal, die von Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, Eurowings und Lufthansa City Airlines genutzt wird. Interpersonal’s IP-BQ: Basic Qualification for Ready Entry is the first screening stage in many airline hiring flows. Usually held on-site at Interpersonal in Hamburg, the venue can change depending on the campaign. Candidates face CBT-style tasks under time pressure across key domains: mental arithmetic and time calculation, number sequences and logic/diagrammatic series; spatial skills including rotating objects and 3D shapes; perception and memory such as symbol–number recall and Bourdon (83); English, physics and technical comprehension. Results determine who proceeds to the next selection step for Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, Eurowings and Lufthansa City Airlines.
