Cadet Pilot Selection Process
Ryanair Future Flyer Academy (Irish Low-Cost Carrier)
Ryanair Future Flyer Academy Gateway 0 begins with the same online Cut-E/AON aptitude test at home, followed by flight-school-specific selection steps for ab-initio cadets, including English tasks on synonyms and cloze-text tenses.
Direct / Ready Entry Selection Process
Ryanair Online Tests (Cut-E by Aon) – Stage 1
Ryanair Stage 1 Ready Entry screening is an online Aon/Cut-E assessment combining cognitive and psychomotor tasks, a 30-question ATPL test in 10 minutes, and a recorded video interview. Results usually arrive by email after about three days.
Ryanair Assessment in Dublin – Stage 2
Ryanair’s Dublin Stage 2 Ready Entry assessment is an on-site selection day for qualified pilots. It starts at around 08:00 and is normally attended by about 10 applicants, with technical, HR and psychological evaluation elements.
