Ryanair Assessment in Dublin – Stage 2

Ryanair’s Dublin assessment is Stage 2 of the Ready Entry pilot selection process. It is an on-site assessment day that normally starts at around 08:00 and is attended by a group of roughly 10 applicants. The day may include HR and competency-based interview work, technical ATPL knowledge, and psychological or personality-related selection elements; the exact schedule and exercises can change.
