SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1
SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1 is the initial screening stage for Ready Entry pilot applicants. The assessment is based on Cut-E by AON, rather than DLR or the SWISS Flight Crew Assessment Center format, and includes the Gubsomat apparatus task. Candidates can expect timed aptitude exercises assessing reaction speed, monitoring, multitasking, spatial orientation and direction, RBI/GYRO instrument interpretation, complex control and psychomotor coordination. Effective preparation focuses on accurate, consistent performance under time pressure, with realistic practice for each task type and progressive difficulty.
Stage 1 of 3
SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1 is the first stage of the Ready Entry pilot selection. It uses Cut-E by AON aptitude tests and the Gubsomat apparatus task to assess coordination, attention, reactions, multitasking and spatial orientation.
Stage 2 of 3
SWISS Ready Entry – Level 2 is the second stage of the Ready Entry pilot selection process. Candidates complete a group exercise and interview, with preparation focused on teamwork, clear communication and confident self-presentation.
