SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1 is the first-stage pilot assessment using Cut-E by AON, not DLR. It screens cognitive, spatial and attention skills; the broader SWISS process also features the Gubsomat apparatus coordination task.

SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1 is the first screening stage in the Ready Entry pilot selection. It uses the Cut-E by AON test suite (not DLR or the SWISS Flight Crew Assessment Center) to measure attention, reaction speed, spatial orientation, monitoring and coordination. The wider SWISS process also employs the Gubsomat apparatus coordination task. Level 1 centres on Cut-E-style modules such as Reaction, Tube Flight, Sense of Direction, RBI, Monitoring and Multitasking. SWISS Ready Entry – Level 2

Stage 2 of SWISS Ready Entry features a team-based group exercise and a structured interview. It tests communication, cooperation, leadership potential, decision-making and airline fit through realistic, safety-focused cockpit scenarios.
