SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1 ist die erste Phase der Pilotenauswahl, bei der die AON Cut-E-Online-Tests im Mittelpunkt stehen und bei manchen Aufnahmeverfahren zusätzlich der Gubsomat-Apparatetest durchgeführt wird. Zu den Kernbereichen gehören Reaktionsfähigkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen/RBI, Sense of Direction und Multitasking.

SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1 is the first screening stage for direct-entry pilots and is based on AON Cut‑E aptitude testing rather than DLR or the SWISS Flight Crew Assessment Center. Candidates face high-tempo modules such as reaction speed, monitoring ability, multitasking capability, spatial orientation (including RBI/gyro reading), sense of direction and the tube‑flight style complex control task. Some intakes also assess instrument coordination with the Gubsomat apparatus. Formats vary, but time pressure, precision and consistency are key. Focused preparation and realistic simulation build accuracy, stamina and confidence ahead of Stage 2.

SWISS Ready Entry – Stufe 2

SWISS Ready Entry – Level 2 ist das zweite Auswahlverfahren, bei dem der Schwerpunkt auf einer Gruppenübung und einem strukturierten Interview liegt. Das Auswahlverfahren findet vor Ort in Zürich statt und dient der Beurteilung von Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Motivation für Positionen im Cockpit bei SWISS.
