SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1 is the first-stage pilot assessment using Cut-E by AON, not DLR. It screens cognitive, spatial and attention skills; the broader SWISS process also features the Gubsomat apparatus coordination task.

SWISS Ready Entry – Level 2

Stage 2 of SWISS Ready Entry features a team-based group exercise and a structured interview. It tests communication, cooperation, leadership potential, decision-making and airline fit through realistic, safety-focused cockpit scenarios.

SWISS Ready Entry – Level 2 is the second selection stage and takes place on site in Zurich. Group exercise and interview are the core elements. The group task assesses communication, cooperation, leadership potential, workload management and decision-making. The interview explores motivation, CRM experience, threat-and-error management, and technical/operational judgement with behavioural and scenario-based questions. This airline assessment is used as stage 2 in the Ready Entry pilot selection process for SWISS. To prepare, Easyflight Training offers a pilot Personality Test, Guidance for the Psychological Assessment, and 1–2 hour Interview Training.
