SWISS Ready Entry – Level 2

SWISS uses Ready Entry – Level 2 as the second stage of its Ready Entry pilot selection process. This on-site stage in the Zurich area includes a group exercise and an interview. The group exercise explores how candidates engage and communicate in a team setting, while the interview allows them to present their motivation, relevant experience and personal approach. Candidates should prepare to contribute constructively, listen actively, communicate clearly and answer questions in a structured, authentic way. Stage 1 of 3

SWISS Ready Entry – Level 1 is the first stage of the Ready Entry pilot selection. It uses Cut-E by AON aptitude tests and the Gubsomat apparatus task to assess coordination, attention, reactions, multitasking and spatial orientation.
