MOLLYMAWK is a digital assessment suite for airline pilot recruitment, combining validated cognitive tasks and psychometric profiling for reliable, data-driven selection decisions. Candidates typically face short, time-pressured modules that measure numerical reasoning, spatial orientation, multitasking, memory and attention control, alongside language and personality inventories as required.
