Scoot Ready Entry – Level 2 is the stage‑two assessment and centers on a group exercise and an interview. Expect a teamwork task with a time‑boxed brief, collaborative planning, and problem‑solving under observation, where assessors rate CRM, communication, leadership, and decision‑making. The interview (HR and flight operations) explores motivation, experience, safety mindset, situational judgment, and technical awareness. Prepare with Easyflight’s interview coaching, psychological assessment guidance, and personality test; optionally refresh AON/Cut‑E skills via Monitoring, RBI, Multitasking, and Tube Flight. This format is used by Scoot for Ready Entry recruitment.
