KLM Ready Entry Phase 3: B737 Simulator Grading
The KLM Ready Entry Phase 3 B737 simulator grading is stage 3 of the Ready Entry pilot selection process for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Candidates complete a Boeing 737-800 simulator assessment. Strong preparation covers the briefing flow, typical simulator scenarios, aircraft handling technique and disciplined pitch-and-power management. Stage 1 of 4
KLM Ready Entry Phase 1 is the online first stage of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ Ready Entry pilot selection. It uses Cut-E / AON tests, for which timed practice and performance feedback can support focused preparation.

KLM Ready Entry Phase 4, the Commissie van Aanname (COVA), is the fourth and final-stage selection interview for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines pilot candidates, exploring motivation, self-reflection, judgement and professional fit.
