KLM Ready Entry Phase 3: B737-Simulator-Auswahl

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines uses Phase 3 of its Ready Entry pilot selection process for an on-site Boeing 737-800 simulator grading. Candidates are assessed on preparation, briefing and the execution of a structured simulator exercise, including aircraft handling, pitch-and-power discipline, procedures, workload management and crew communication.
