Airline Assessment

KLM Ready Entry Phase 2: Psychological Assessment (AMC)

KLM Ready Entry Phase 2 is the psychological assessment at the Aeromedical Center (AMC) in KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ ready entry pilot selection. As stage 2, it assesses how candidates reason, prioritise, communicate and respond under pressure. It can include cognitive exercises in verbal, abstract and numerical reasoning, a personality questionnaire, psychologist interview, planning assignment and psychologist-observed simulation or role play. Expect structured, job-relevant exercises; communicate your experience clearly and approach personality and interview questions honestly and consistently. Easyflight Training provides a complete AMC bundle and focused practice for each component.
