Direct / Ready Entry Selection Process
IP-BQ: Basic Qualification for Ready Entry
IP-BQ is stage 1 of the Ready Entry pilot selection process. Usually held on site at Interpersonal in Hamburg, it evaluates cognitive and knowledge-based skills for airline screening. The venue may change, so candidates should follow the invitation.
IP-CQ: Corporate Qualification (Ready Entry)
IP-CQ Corporate Qualification is stage 2 of the ready-entry pilot selection process. It focuses on psychological evaluation through an interview, group exercise, discussion and reflection. It is held at Interpersonal in Hamburg, but may change.
