Zweitägiges AeroLogic- und Ready Entry-Auswahlverfahren in Berlin: Am ersten Tag finden in einem Hotel CBTs und eine Gruppenübung statt; nur erfolgreiche Kandidaten kommen zum zweiten Tag bei Lufthansa Aviation Training, wo Simulatorübungen und ein Vorstellungsgespräch anstehen. Entspricht dem Auswahlverfahren in Höhnerbach; Stufe 1.

Across two consecutive days in Berlin, AeroLogic’s Ready Entry assessment begins with Day 1 at a hotel: computer-based aptitude tests (numerical, memory, spatial and logical reasoning, English, general knowledge/ATPL refresh) plus a group exercise. Only candidates who pass Day 1 are invited to Day 2 at Lufthansa Aviation Training for a simulator check and technical/HR interview. The process is used as Stage 1 of the Ready Entry selection. Preparation areas include pattern recognition, matrices, mental arithmetic, short-term memory, language, and communication skills aligned with the Höhnerbach screening.
