Airline Assessment
AeroLogic Assessment: Ready Entry
The AeroLogic Ready Entry assessment is used as Stage 1 of the airline’s ready-entry pilot selection process and is held on two consecutive days in Berlin. Day 1 takes place at a hotel and focuses mainly on computer-based aptitude tests and a group exercise. Candidates must pass this first day to receive an invitation to Day 2, which follows directly afterwards at the Lufthansa Aviation Training simulator centre in Berlin. Day 2 includes simulator assessment and an interview. Easyflight Training’s Ready Entry bundle provides targeted CBT practice, ATPL and technical revision, general-knowledge preparation, question banks and interview guidance for structured preparation.
