Das erste DLR-Auswahlverfahren für angehende deutsche Polizeihubschrauberpiloten fand beim DLR in Hamburg statt und diente als erste Stufe des Auswahlverfahrens für Anfänger. Dabei werden kognitive Fähigkeiten, räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen, Aufmerksamkeit, Gedächtnis, Englisch, Mathematik/Physik sowie die psychomotorische Koordination (MIC, VFF, RAG) geprüft.

Conducted at DLR in Hamburg, this assessment serves as Stage 1 of the ab-initio selection for German Police Helicopter (Germany) cadets. Candidates face computer-based aptitude, knowledge, and coordination tests under time pressure. Typical task families include MIC (monitoring/instrument coordination), RMS (auditory memory), SKT (triangle comparison), OWT (perceptual speed), VLR/WFG (curve counting), PPT (cube folding), VFF (shape recognition), RAG and KRN (math/logic), plus PHY/TVT and English.
