ADAC Air Rescue applies the DLR Test as stage 1 in its ab‑initio pilot pipeline. Candidates complete DLR‑style modules across cognitive, psychomotor, and knowledge domains, with focus areas such as spatial reasoning (ROT, PPT), attention and perceptual speed (SKT, OWT), memory (VMC, RMS), mental arithmetic (KRN), English (ENS), physics and technical comprehension (PHY/TVT), and multitasking/joystick coordination (MIC). Results guide advancement to later interviews and simulator stages.
