DLR Test für Ready Entry ist ein CBT-Screening der Stufe 1 für lizenzierte Piloten, bei dem kognitive Fähigkeiten, räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen, psychomotorische Fähigkeiten, Gedächtnis und Fachwissen geprüft werden. Es wird von Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa City Airlines und Platoon Aviation eingesetzt.

DLR Test for Ready Entry is the first-stage selection used for hiring already licensed pilots. The timed, computer-based battery assesses spatial orientation (ROT, PPT, VLR/WFG), multitasking and joystick coordination (MIC), visual memory and perceptual speed (VMC, OWT), concentration (SKT), auditory memory (RMS), mental arithmetic and logical reasoning (KRN, RAG), plus aviation knowledge, physics/technical comprehension and English. Airlines applying this screen include Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa City Airlines and Platoon Aviation. Scores guide invitations to simulator and interview phases.

DLR FQ/FU/GQ für Ready Entry

DLR FQ/FU/GQ ist das zweite Auswahlverfahren für „Ready Entry“-Piloten und findet in der Regel an zwei Tagen beim DLR in Hamburg statt (der Veranstaltungsort kann variieren). Es kombiniert ein Vorstellungsgespräch, Gruppenaufgaben, DCT und einen optionalen Simulator-Test und wird von EFA, Discover, Lufthansa City Airlines und Platoon genutzt.
