Interpersonal is a specialist provider for airline pilot selection and operates the IP-BQ (Basic Qualification) and IP-CQ (Corporate Qualification) in Hamburg. The IP-BQ screens cognitive ability, maths, physics/technical comprehension, logic, English, memory and spatial reasoning via CBTs and questionnaires; the IP-CQ focuses on interviews, group exercises and psychological diagnostics. For the Lufthansa Group’s LHG Assessment, Interpersonal also conducts cockpit-related psychomotor checks such as the MOZARD and Multitasking Color Tank. Participating airlines include Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, European Flight Academy (EFA), Eurowings and Lufthansa City Airlines.
