Stage 1 of Wizz Air’s Ready Entry selection is an online screening assessing ATPL theory, operations knowledge, cognitive reasoning, and English. Timed tasks benchmark experienced pilots and determine invitations to the next assessment steps.

Used as Stage 1 of the Wizz Air Ready Entry pilot selection, this assessment is delivered online and focuses on core airline knowledge and pilot aptitude. Expect a timed ATPL/technical quiz spanning all 12 subjects (principles of flight, operations, instrumentation, human performance, performance, mass & balance), plus cognitive reasoning, mental math and English comprehension tasks. Results are benchmarked against experienced-pilot standards and determine progression. Successful candidates are then invited to later stages, which typically include on-site technical/HR interviews and a simulator assessment.
