SPHAIR Screening is a DLR-based aptitude assessment for applicants pursuing commercial airline pilot training, including routes connected with SWISS and the Lufthansa Group, or Swiss Air Force jet and helicopter pilot careers. Preparation should develop concentration, memory, logical thinking, mental arithmetic, visual and spatial perception, multitasking and psychomotor coordination under time pressure.
