Cadet Pilot Selection Process
Aviation Academy Austria (AAA) Basic Qualification Test
AAA’s Basic Qualification Test is stage one of the ab-initio selection process for private ATPL Integrated training. Held on-site at AAA, it uses Cut-E/AON-style aptitude testing and may include an interview.
Application Process
Apply directly to AAA for its private integrated ATPL programme. Eligible applicants are invited to the on-site Basic Qualification Test, with scheduling and any subsequent interview date arranged by AAA.
Selection Process
The on-site Basic Qualification Test is normally completed in one day and uses AON/Cut-E-style aptitude tasks. Preparation can include numerical, logical, attention, monitoring, reaction, multitasking and spatial-orientation skills. The Adept-15 AON personality test is relevant, and an interview may follow on the same day or, in some cases, on a second day.
