Iberia Cadet Program – Stage 2

Stage 2 of the Iberia Cadet Program is the online AON Psychometric Test, used in Iberia’s ab-initio pilot selection process. Prepare with targeted AON/Cut-E-style practice for deductive reasoning (gapChallenge), reaction speed, complex control with Tube Flight, sense of direction, multitasking, RBI spatial orientation and monitoring ability. A pilot personality test supports self-awareness and preparation for the psychological element. The modules provide timed, interactive practice, feedback and repeatable exercises to develop accuracy, concentration, coordination and decision-making under pressure. They are preparation tools and do not form part of Iberia’s assessment.

Iberia Cadet Program – Stage 1 is an online, half-day Written Theory Test for ab-initio pilot candidates with a university degree. Timed theoretical tests cover math, physics, numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning.
