Iberia Cadet Program – Stage 5
The Final interview is Stage 5 of Iberia’s ab-initio pilot selection process and is held on site at Iberia headquarters in Madrid. Candidates should expect a high-stakes conversation focused on their motivation for the cadet path, professional attitude, communication, self-awareness and alignment with Iberia’s values. Easyflight Training supports structured preparation with recruiter-led interview coaching, interview theory, a pilot personality test and analysis, psychological-assessment guidance, and technical interview questions for aspiring pilots without flight experience.
Stage 1 of 5
Iberia Cadet Program – Stage 1 is an online, half-day written theory test for ab-initio pilot candidates with a university degree. It assesses math, physics, numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning in timed exercises.
Stage 2 of 5
Stage 2 of Iberia’s ab-initio pilot selection is an online AON Psychometric Test. It assesses timed cognitive performance through tasks involving logic, reactions, coordination, spatial orientation, monitoring, multitasking and personality.
Stage 3 of 5
Iberia Cadet Program – Stage 3 is an on-site group dynamics exercise at the Iberia campus in Madrid. As part of the ab-initio pilot selection process, it evaluates how candidates communicate, cooperate and contribute within a group.
Stage 4 of 5
Stage 4 of the Iberia Cadet Program is an online personal interview in English with the FREJerez team. It assesses your English level as part of Iberia’s ab-initio pilot selection process, so confident, accurate communication is essential.
Stage 5 of 5
Stage 5 of the Iberia Cadet Program is the Final interview at Iberia headquarters in Madrid. This on-site ab-initio selection stage examines motivation, communication, self-awareness and fit with Iberia’s values.
