IP-BQ: Basic Qualification for Ready Entry
IP-BQ is stage 1 in the Ready Entry pilot selection process. It usually takes place at Interpersonal in Hamburg, although the venue may change, and assesses cognitive and knowledge skills for Condor, DHL/EAT, Discover Airlines, Eurowings and Lufthansa City Airlines applicants.
IP-CQ: Corporate Qualification (Ready Entry)
IP-CQ Corporate Qualification is stage 2 of the ready-entry pilot selection process. It focuses on psychological evaluation and is usually held at Interpersonal in Hamburg, although the venue may change. It is used by several airline programmes.
