The DLR Test for Ready Entry is a first-stage pilot screening used by Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa City Airlines and Platoon Aviation to assess trained pilots’ cognitive and aviation knowledge skills.

DLR FQ/FU/GQ is typically stage two of Ready Entry pilot selection. Usually held at DLR in Hamburg, this on-site assessment may include an interview, group exercise and discussion; the location and modules can change by airline.
