Captains
Minimum Requirements
Type Rated
- B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months.
- At least 5,000 hours total flying
- At least 1500 hours in command of multi crew, multi engine aircraft in excess of 10 tones operating weight
- At least 1000 hours in command of B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft.
Non Type Rated
- At least 5000 hours total flying time and minimum 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi crew, multi engine jet aircraft over 55 tones operating weight (A318 or larger) OR
- At least 6000 hours total flying time and minimum 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi crew, multi engine jet aircraft over 50 tones operating weight (EMB 190/195 or similar)
Training Bond 3 Years
- NTR USD 36,000
- TR USD 24,000
Pay & Benefits
- Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: monthly AED 42,825
- Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 13,930 (Based on average 70 flying hours)

First Officer
Minimum Requirements
Non Type Rated requirements
- At least 2,500 hours total flying time
- At least 1,000 hours on modern (EFIS), multi crew, multi engine aircraft over 10 tones operating weight (preference will be given to those with PIC time)
- At least 1500 hours MPA time
Type Rated
- B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months
- At least 1,500 MPA hours flying time
- 500 hours on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft
Training Bond 3 Years
- NTR USD 36,000
- TR USD 24,000
Pay & Benefits
- Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 31,600
- Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 9,730 (Based on 70 hours)

Second Officer
Minimum Requirements
- Age:
- External candidate: Minimum 20 years / Max 30 years
- Internal candidate: Minimum 20 years / Max 40 years
- Education – Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- ELP level 4 or above
- Valid 11st Class Medical certificate from ICAO
- CPL/IR with 250 hours + frozen ATPL
- B737 (600 900) type rating with minimum of 52 hours of Full Flight Simulator
- B737 ( 600 900 ) type rating obtained from GCAA approved training organization
Training Bond 3 Years
- From final line check total sum of USD 36,000 until 5th year anniversary (Non Prorated)

- Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 20,000
