Biman Bangladesh Airlines Pilot Job
Biman Bangladesh Airlines is the national airline of Bangladesh and is currently seeking pilots for its B777/787 and B737 aircraft. If you meet the requirements, you should apply as soon as possible. Requirements
Captain 777:
- Citizen of Bangladesh
- CAAB/ICAO ATPL with valid class one medical certificate
- Total flying experience exceeding 6000 hours (on multi crew, multi engine commercial aircraft MTOW of 50 tons or more) including the following:
- 1. 1500 hours Co-pilot on type or equivalent type or 500 hours Pilot in Command on Aircraft (on multi crew, multi engine commercial aircraft MTOW of 50 tons or more).
- 2. A minimum of 2000 hours airline experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English, equivalent to ICAO English level 4 or above.
- Number of posts: 06
- No incident/accident reports in which held responsible within last five years.
- No affidavit will be acceptable in case of date of birth. Candidates if selected from other airlines must provide NOC before joining
- Selected candidates will have to undergo training as required.
- Selected candidates shall have to sign an agreement and a surety bond separately on non-judiciary stamp of taka 1000/- each.
- Salary and all other benefit: Negotiable
- All taxes will be borne by themselves.
- Biman authority reserves all the rights to cancel or modify the advertisement partially or fully without showing any reason.
Captains B787:
- Citizen of Bangladesh.
- A CAAB/ICAO valid ATPL with valid class one medical certificate.
- Minimum flying experience – 5000 Hrs
- Minimum PIC experience – 2500 Hrs
- Minimum PIC on Type/Boeing 787 – 700 Hrs with current IR and Pilot’s Proficiency check.
- Recent experience – at least three takes-off and landings within the preceding 90 days on the type of aircraft 5000 Hrs 2500 Hrs applied for, or in a flight simulator approved for the purpose.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, equivalent to ICAO.English level 4 or above.
- Number of posts: 08 (Eight).
- No incident/accident reports in which held responsible within last five years.
- No affidavit will be acceptable in case of date of birth.
- Candidates if selected from other airlines must provide NOC before joining.
- Selected candidates will have to undergo training as required.
- Selected candidates shall have to sign an agreement and a surety bond separately on non-judiciary stamp taka 1000/- each.
- Salary and all other benefit: Negotiable.
- All taxes will be borne by themselves.

First Officers 777:
- Citizen of Bangladesh.
- Holder of CPL & IR issued/endorsed by Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) with all ATPL ground subject has been passed.
- Relevant valid flying license and valid class-1 medical.
- Total flying experiences: Minimum 2000 hours on multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet aircraft with MTOW of 50 tons or more.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, equivalent to ICAO English level 4 or above.
- Number of posts: 15
- No incident/accident reports in which held responsible within last five years.
- No affidavit will be acceptable in case of date of birth.
- Candidates employed in governmekt/semi-government/autonomous or other airlines must provide NỌC before joining if selected.
- Selected candidates will have to undergo training for specific period at Bangladesh Airlines Training Centre (BATC) and any other institute approved by Biman (If required).
- Selected candidates shall have to sign an agreement and a surety bond separately on non-judiciary stamp of taka 1000/- each.
- Salary and all others benefit: Negotiable.
- All taxes will be borne by First Officer themselves.
- Biman authority reserves all the rights to cancel or modify the advertisement partially or fully without showing any reason.
First Officers 737:
- Citizen of Bangladesh
- Holder of CPL & IR issued/endorsed by Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB)/ICAO with all ATPL ground subject has been passed.
- Relevant flying license and valid class-1 medical.
- Total flying experiences: Minimum 1000 hours with most recent 500 hours on B737 NG.
- No incident/accident reports in which held responsible within last five years.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, equivalent to ICAO English level
- No affidavit will be acceptable in case of date of birth.
- Candidates if selected from other airlines must provide NOC before joining.
- Selected candidates will have to undergo training as required.
- Selected candidates shall have to sign an agreement and a surety bond separately on non-judiciary stamp of taka 1000/- each.
- Salary and other benefit: Negotiable.
