Stage 4 of the Iberia Cadet Program is a Personal interview to test your English level. Conducted online with the FREJerez team, this English-language session evaluates communication, accuracy, and confidence for ab‑initio candidates.

Stage 5 of the Iberia Cadet Program is the Final interview in Madrid. At Iberia HQ, HR and flight-ops leaders assess motivation, values alignment, teamwork, safety mindset, English, and basic technical awareness for ab‑initio pilots.

Iberia Ready Entry – Stage 1 is an on-site screening at Iberia’s Madrid headquarters, combining ATPL theory checks and Airbus A320 technical questions with aptitude and reasoning tests to shortlist pilots for further selection stages.

Online Stage 2 for Iberia Ready Entry combines AON/Cut-E style aptitude and personality screening with an online English skills call. Candidates face timed cognitive tasks and language verification before advancing to later stages.

Iberia Ready Entry – Stage 3 is an on-site interview at Iberia headquarters in Madrid. Expect a structured HR-focused discussion on experience, CRM and motivation. Strengthen delivery with targeted interview coaching and psychological preparation.
