The Interpersonal IP-CQ describes the second phase of the Interpersonal assessment, which It follows the Interpersonal IP-BQ (Ab-Initio, Direct/Ready-Entry). It usually takes place in coordination with inviting airlines, such as through the Condor CAP program (Ab-Initio).
The Interpersonal IP-CQ consists solely of psychological evaluations. In contrast to the unusual Lufthansa selection, which also includes multitasking and psychomotor tests.
Like the LHG assessment, the Interpersonal IP-BQ takes place at Interpersonal in Hamburg.
The contents may overlap with other product bundles and can be adjusted, if applicable, by modifying product configuration options. The exclusive 3-hour interview
The highlight of your individual psychological preparation is the one-on-one coaching with one of our aviation psychologists, your personal coach. The total duration is 3 hours, plus any selected extensions. Coaching is only available in German! Typically conducted over two appointments (online or on-site), you will receive individual coaching focused on the critical psychological elements of the assessment:
Interview Preparation
Developing a compelling self-presentation and mastering the articulation of your pilot motivation.
Role Play & Discussion
Targeted training for the negotiation role play (“argument”) and the group exercise to hone social skills.
Behavioral Examples
Formulating suitable behavioral examples for all relevant pilot competencies.
Final Reflection
Preparation for the concluding interview to ensure a consistent overall impression.
Additional Topics
Discussing “tricky” questions and optimizing your external presentation (outfit, demeanor).

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Coaching. Die Luftfahrtpsychologin hat sehr viel Erfahrung und hilft individuell weiter.
